What this is
These campaign landing pages (zync-campaign.netlify.app) are operated by Zync Digital. They exist to give people a clear, focused view of how we work with credit unions and social enterprises.
What we collect
If you submit the contact form, we collect the name, organisation, email address, and any message you share with us. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry. Forms are processed by Netlify (our hosting provider) on Zync Digital's behalf and forwarded to us by email.
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the page performs. If you decline cookies in our banner, no analytics cookies are set.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email info@zyncdigital.com.
Sub-processors
This site uses Netlify (hosting and form handling) and Google (Tag Manager / Analytics) as sub-processors. Both are GDPR-compliant.
